Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not have the intention to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us via info@growersunited.nl, and we will delete that information.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
Cooperation Growers United processes your personal data for the purpose of being able to call or e-mail you to the extent necessary to perform our services. The basis for this is the ability to execute the agreement concluded, or a legitimate interest.

Cooperation Growers United does not (exclusively) make decisions on the basis of automated processing about matters that may have (considerable) consequences for individuals. Cooperation Growers United will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if it is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Cooperation Growers United remains responsible for these processing operations.

Cooperation Growers United takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized alteration. Viewing, modifying of deleting data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Cooperation Growers United and you have the right to data transferability.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@growersunited.nl

If in doubt about the identity of the applicant, we may ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, include your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security number (BSN) in black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks at the latest.
