Where are we now

Growers United wants to make vegetables accessible to as many consumers as possible. You take good care of yourself if you eat healthy. Our vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals but low on calories, and can be eaten at any time of the day. Thanks to our research data, we know how we can convert consumers into shoppers who put vegetables on the menu more often. We also want to encourage young people to eat healthier.

Goals 2025

  • We want to inspire and encourage as many consumers as possible to put greenhouse vegetables on the menu more often, including as a snack.

How we tackle this

Our brands inspire consumers to eat fresh vegetables every day, for example by developing recipes. We discuss with our customers how to get this message across. And by joining initiatives that promote healthy food..

for fit

Our vegetables contribute to good resistance and help you feel energetic and fit. What’s more, our vegetables are low in calories and high in fibre. This supports good digestion. Our products make a demonstrable contribution to good health.

Tomatoes and sweet peppers are excellent sources of vitamin C, which increases your immunity and boosts your energy.

Tomatoes support muscle strength and are a source of potassium.

Cucumber helps maintain strong bones and is a good source of vitamin.

Our vegetables are low in calories and high in fibre. This supports good digestion.

Food boost challenge

It’s a sad but well-known fact that young people eat too little fruit and vegetables. To encourage young people between the ages of 12 and 20 to eat more fruit and vegetables, Growers United is joining the Dutch Food Boost Challenge: a collaboration with several educational institutions. As a partner in this initiative, we’re collecting data about young people, and challenging them to come up with initiatives that promote healthier diets.
